Payment Policy – Wels Holidays
To confirm any travel booking with Wels Holidays, the following payment terms apply:
1. Booking Confirmation

A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.

The booking will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received and acknowledged by our team.
2. Second Payment

40%–50% of the total package amount must be paid 45–31 days prior to departure.
3. Final Payment

The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30–34 days before departure.

For bookings made within 30 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
4. Payment Methods
Payments can be made through the following methods:

Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS

UPI

Online Payment Gateway
5. Payment Gateway Charges

Payments made through the online payment gateway will attract the following additional charges:

2.5% extra on Net Banking and UPI payments

3% extra on Credit Card / Debit Card payments

These charges are levied by the payment processing provider and will be added to the payable amount at the time of transaction.
6. Payment Confirmation

Guests are requested to share the payment reference number or transaction screenshot after completing the payment for verification.

Booking confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents will be issued once the required payment is successfully received.
7. Non-Payment Policy

If payments are not made within the specified timelines, Wels Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking or release the reserved services, and applicable cancellation charges may apply as per the cancellation policy.
