Refund & Cancellation Policy – Wels Holidays
At Wels Holidays, we strive to provide the best travel experience for our clients. However, cancellations or changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The following policy outlines the terms related to refunds and cancellations.
1. Booking Confirmation
All travel bookings with Wels Holidays are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
If a booking is cancelled by the customer, cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the policies of airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.

Actual cancellation charges may vary depending on the airline, hotel, visa process, or supplier policies.

More than 45 days before departure: Only applicable service/administration charges may apply.*

44 – 35 days before departure: Cancellation charges may apply as per supplier policies (airlines, hotels, tours, etc.).

34 – 31 days before departure: Up to 50% – 75% of the total booking cost may be charged as cancellation fees.

Less than 31 days before departure / No-show: Up to 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are strictly non-refundable once booked, including but not limited to:

Visa processing fees

Travel insurance

Non-refundable flight tickets

Special promotional or discounted packages

Event or attraction tickets
4. Refund Process
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and supplier penalties. Refunds will normally be processed within 7–21 working days, depending on the payment method and supplier timelines.
5. Cancellation by Wels Holidays
In rare cases where Wels Holidays needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as government restrictions, natural disasters, or supplier issues), we will offer:

An alternative travel arrangement, or

A refund as per supplier policies
6. Visa Rejection
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Wels Holidays will not be responsible for visa rejection. Any refund will be subject to cancellation charges from airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
7. Amendments or Changes
Any request for modification of travel dates, hotels, or itinerary may incur additional charges depending on the policies of the concerned service providers.
8. Force Majeure
Wels Holidays shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, flight cancellations, or government restrictions.
