Terms & Conditions – Wels Holidays
By confirming a booking with Wels Holidays, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and written confirmation from Wels Holidays.

Flight tickets, hotels, sightseeing, and other services are subject to availability and may vary until confirmed.
2. Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted based on the current rates of hotels, airlines, transport providers, and currency exchange rates.

Prices may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier price changes before final confirmation.

Any such changes will be communicated to the guest prior to confirmation.
3. Payment Terms

Guests must follow the payment schedule shared in the official quotation or invoice.

Failure to make payments within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable charges.
4. Travel Documents & Visa

Guests are responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, and other travel documents are valid and meet the requirements of the destination country.

Wels Holidays may assist with visa processing but does not guarantee visa approval, as the decision lies solely with the respective embassy or consulate.
5. Changes by the Guest

Any request for changes in travel dates, hotels, flights, or services after booking confirmation will be subject to availability and supplier policies.

Additional charges may apply depending on the service provider’s terms.
6. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, charges will apply as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the booking confirmation or quotation.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving the refund from the respective service providers.
7. Force Majeure

Wels Holidays shall not be held responsible for any delay, alteration, or cancellation of services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, airline disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or similar unforeseen circumstances.
8. Liability

Wels Holidays acts as a travel facilitator and is not responsible for the actions, negligence, or service quality of third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, or tour operators.

Any issues related to these services must be addressed according to the respective supplier’s policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wels Holidays acts solely as an intermediary or facilitator between guests and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, cruise lines, and local tour operators. Therefore, Wels Holidays shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused due to the acts, omissions, service failures, or operational issues of such third-party suppliers.
In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather disruptions, natural disasters, war or war-like situations, political unrest, airline disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or any similar events beyond our control, Wels Holidays shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses, refunds, or compensation arising from the non-operation, delay, or alteration of services.
However, Wels Holidays will make reasonable efforts to assist guests in coordinating with the respective service providers for any applicable refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements, strictly in accordance with the terms and policies of the respective airline, hotel, transport provider, or local service supplier. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed only after it is received from the respective service provider and may be subject to their policies and processing timelines.
10. Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of belongings.
11. Itinerary Changes

The itinerary is subject to change due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or local regulations.

In such cases, suitable alternatives will be arranged wherever possible.
12. Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of the destination country, hotels, airlines, and local authorities.

Any damages caused by the guest to property or services will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
13. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from bookings made with Wels Holidays will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
