Arrive in Malé, the vibrant gateway to the breathtaking Maldives. Upon arrival at Velana International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by the resort representative and assisted with your speedboat transfer on a shared basis. Glide across the crystal-clear turquoise waters, surrounded by stunning island views, setting the tone for your tropical escape.
As you reach your resort, complete the check-in process and receive a brief orientation about the property and its facilities. Step into your luxurious villa—whether beachside or overwater—and take in the serene surroundings. - Porterage, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature, and also food and drinks not forming part of the group menus.
- NOTE - On certain departure dates the tour itinerary may be operated in reverse order. However, all services and inclusions will remain the same.
- TCS* 2% will be applicable on the Total Package Cost. Tax Collected at Sources (TCS) is the tax payable by a seller which he is required under law to collect from the buyer at the time of Sale, under the provisions of Section 206C of the Income Tax Act).
Terms and Conditions
- The booking amount or initial deposit is a minimum of Rs. 30,000 per person if the booking is done 45 days before travel.
- Post Booking within 1 week an additional deposit of Rs. 45,000 per person needs to be paid.
- For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person needs to be paid at the time of booking.
- A full 100% balance payment is required to be done 31 days before travel.
- Full payment must be made under the policy stated above.
- In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
- In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 20,000 per person plus any Visa Fees Paid (if selected).
- The passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
- The Tour can be canceled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
- Within 45 days - 31 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
- Within 31 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
- International Check-in time is 1500 hours / Check-out time is 1100 hours, early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to a 1-night stay will be applicable.
- Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
- It is suggested to carry one check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
- In case of any increase in taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
- No refunds for unutilized services.
- The minimum number of passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeings as mentioned in the itinerary.
